Before accessing our online bio tutoring services, please read these terms of service carefully. By using our any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these terms.

1. Code of Conduct:

Users agree to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions, refrain from plagiarism and abide by our guidelines. Biolexia strictly prohibits the following content and behaviour on our platform:

• Hate Speech: Any content or expression that promotes or incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Bullying & Harassment: Repeatedly targeting or demeaning others through unwanted or intimidating behaviour, including personal attacks, slurs, offensive language, stalking, or cyberbullying.
• Threats: Making statements or taking actions that create a reasonable fear of harm to an individual or property.
• Advocacy of Harmful Activities: Promoting or glorifying the use of harmful activities. Sharing content directly depicting or instructing on dangerous acts.

2. Intellectual Property:

All content provided during sessions, including study materials, remains the intellectual property of the tutor or respective copyright holders. You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

3. Payments

The Platform is a paid service, and the payments made by you shall be according to the plans opted by you through the Platform. You explicitly agree to pay the fees for the courses/plans that you purchase, and you authorize the Company to charge you as per the applicable payment mode opted by you. All payments shall be through the payment mechanism put in place by the Company, and you shall be responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner as per the mechanism associated with the Plan availed by you. The payment gateway mechanisms are governed by the terms and conditions of the third-party providers as listed on the Platform, and the user agrees to be bound by those terms.

Valid Credit/Debit/online bank transfers and other payment instruments are processed using an appropriate payment system infrastructure, and the same will also be governed by the terms agreed to between the users and the respective issuing bank and payment instrument issuing company. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, fraud, payment refunds, lost amounts, etc., in the transaction. We reserve the right to change any fees at any time at our sole discretion, and any change, update, or modification in the fee shall become effective immediately upon being posted/uploaded or notified on our website.

Payments for all kinds of services supposed to be deposited in advance. User meant to pay full advance (in case a session purchase) or in three consecutive installments (in case of a package purchase).

4. Disclaimer of Warranties:

While we strive to provide accurate & reliable tutoring services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or academic results. Students are responsible for their own learning progress.

5. Data Privacy:

We collect and process user data in accordance with our privacy policy. User data is used for account management, service improvement & communication purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination of Service:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user service for violations of these terms of services or improper conduct. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time in accordance to our cancellation and refund policy.

8. Changes to Terms:

We may update or modify these terms of service from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our service implies acceptance of the revised terms.
