Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation by Users:
User can cancel and reschedule a session by providing at least 6-hour notice before the session start time.
2. Late Cancellation:
Cancellation request made within 6 hours of the session start time will not be subject to rescheduling of the same session.
3. No-show:
If a user fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, he/she will be considered a “no-show”. No-shows are considered as the full session and will not be eligible for rescheduling.
Refund Policy:
1. Partial Refunds:
We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our classes, that we’re willing to offer a 7-day risk-free refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can get a refund within 7 days of making a purchase.
Please keep in mind that even though we offer a refund guarantee, we will issue a refund only for the unused portion of the service. Students enrolling for packages can apply for a refund within one week of the purchase.
2. Zero Refunds:
Fees paid for individual sessions are non-refundable. Kindly also note that refund due to any personal reason of the purchaser (not related to our service) is regretfully not considered.
3. Refund Disputes:
If a user disputes a refund decision, they may escalate the matter for review. Our team will conduct a thorough investigation and provides a final decision on the refund eligibility.
